The Medication Safety Expert Panel was established in recognition of the critical role that medication safety plays in the safe and effective provision of care. The input and advice of the expert Panel will provide essential guidance regarding directions for the Center and its key initiatives. The Medication Safety Expert Panel was first convened on October 18, 2006.
